yuneng-jiang 9984ed40a1 fix(ui): center the deployment health banner icon on its title (#50302) ... The banner inherits the Alert primitive's icon layout, which spans two grid rows and nudges the icon down 2px so it lines up with a title plus description. The banner only has a one-line title, so the empty second row and the nudge left the icon 3px below the text. Keep the icon on the title's row with no offset		2026-11-05 17:03:33 -08:00
