* feat(proxy): let proxy admins open team member defaults to team admins * fix(proxy): keep a team admin's never-resets duration on a team's first member budget * test(proxy): pin the existing-row and stored never-resets cases for member defaults * feat(proxy): let proxy admins open soft_budget to team admins * feat(proxy): let proxy admins open team metadata to team admins, keeping proxy settings with proxy admins * test(ui): name expected objects in team admin edit access tests Keeps local/no-large-inline-object-arg within its eslint budget * fix(proxy): compare team metadata without recursion and count key presence A proxy-controlled metadata key that appears or disappears with a null value is now a change, and the JSON comparison no longer recurses * fix(proxy): compare team metadata numbers exactly Numbers are compared as decimals, so integers past float precision and close floats are no longer treated as equal |

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,
we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit
This folder can only run mock tests.
