ryan-crabbe-berri 8c61c80faf refactor(proxy): pass a query plan to the team members service instead of the request ... The query parameters are parsed into a QueryPlan by a dependency, after the team lookup and access check, so the handler starts with a readable team and a valid plan. The service takes the team id, the plan and the db handle, and returns the page of members with the total count. The handler wraps that page in the list envelope. handle_list is now plan_list_request plus list_response, so the other list endpoints behave the same.		2026-10-06 12:19:32 -07:00
