Yujong Lee 898fbaf985 refactor(host): declare each hook point once and fold Python hook stages generically
Adding one interception point meant a route-facing trait method, an
InterceptRequest variant, channel forwarding, a match arm in every driver, a
CallHooks method and a hand-written suspend/resume trio in HookChain.
InterceptRequest is now the only list of points. Interceptors has one handle
method that answers the points an implementer cares about and passes the rest
through, routes raise points through the typed InterceptPoints calls, the
channel yields any point to the host, and the native driver answers every
point with one arm. HookChain runs its argument, wire-request and response
stages through one generic fold. No behavior changes
