* fix(bedrock): drop dangerous beta without safeguards * fix(bedrock): drop the dangerous-tool-use beta only next to structured outputs, keep it on Mantle Bedrock rejects the pair with 'invalid beta flag' on Claude models before Opus 4.7, while requests without structured outputs and Bedrock Mantle accept the beta, so the drop now only applies to Invoke requests with output_config.format or a strict tool and no safeguards. * fix(anthropic): keep the AnthropicThinkingParam import that main now uses * fix(bedrock): drop the client's dangerous-tool-use beta whenever safeguards is absent Bedrock rejects the beta with 'invalid beta flag' on Sonnet 4.5, Opus 4.5, and Opus 4.6 even without structured outputs, so dropping it only next to structured outputs left those beta-only requests failing. The beta does nothing without safeguards, so Invoke now drops it in every such request. Mantle keeps it.
