Yuneng Jiang 9a4884cd12 fix(anthropic): carry thinking.block_binding only on the exact Anthropic, Azure AI and Bedrock Invoke configs ... The #46342 backport carried block_binding through every subclass of the Anthropic and Bedrock Invoke configs, so Bedrock Mantle, Claude Platform and OpenAI-compatible Anthropic endpoints started sending it. Each of the six chat and messages configs now opts in by exact class, and the Bedrock Invoke display updates and clear_thinking rebuilds carry block_binding only when the config opts in.
