ryan-crabbe-berri ee5d66d030 fix(ui): keep Back to Guardrails reachable when a ?guardrail= link is stale ... With the selection in the URL, a mistyped or deleted guardrail id lands on the info view's not-found branch, which rendered only the message and left no way back to the table short of editing the address bar.
