mubashir1osmani a7325e6336 Merge remote-tracking branch 'berri/main' into litellm_spend_logs_ui_perf 
Resolves conflicts with main's grouped-page changes (offset fallback, count
skip on a short last page): the bounded session count now starts as a task
so it still overlaps the page query, and is cancelled when a short page
totals itself.

Additional files for the proxy. Reduces the size of the main litellm package.

Currently, only stores the migration.sql files for litellm-proxy.

To install, run:

uv add litellm-proxy-extras

OR

uv tool install 'litellm[proxy]' # installs litellm-proxy-extras and other proxy dependencies

To use the migrations, run:

litellm --use_prisma_migrate
