Mrinal Chanshetty 34996a0e1e test(integration): register the responses bridge fold contracts on stable/1.103.x 
The line's integration conftest refuses any owned test missing from
contracts.json, so the backported #46099 and #46109 tests get covers marks
and manifest entries here; main has no manifest.
