Background response polling state now goes through the shared Redis transport behind TransportResponsePollingStore, which owns the keys, codec and expiry. The wire format is kept byte for byte so old and new pods read each other's state |

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,
we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit
This folder can only run mock tests.
