Aishwary Dongre 11b31dc37a fix(proxy): preserve PII-redacted prompt in image generation requests 
When a pre-call guardrail (e.g. Presidio) redacts data['prompt'] for
/v1/images/generations, the endpoint was unconditionally rebuilding
the prompt from messages, discarding the redaction. The upstream model
received the original unredacted text.

This preserves the redacted prompt by only rebuilding from messages
if the guardrail didn't modify it.

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit

This folder can only run mock tests.
