Jonathan Neufeld b950e40f5a test(valkey): cover lib-name connection identity; scope stub-gap type ignores ... Assert lib_name="redis-py(litellm)" on the sync and async redis-py clients built by the semantic cache and by the vector-store search paths. types-redis 4.6 stubs shadow redis 5.3.1 and omit from_url(lib_name=...), which added four reportCallIssue errors and tripped the basedpyright budget.
