yuneng-jiang 6b45a196c4 test(e2e): keep the prompt-caching affinity test on the live provider (#47072) ... With E2E_PROVIDER_CACHE=1 the test's Anthropic deployment went through the shared response cache. Each call's recording expires on its own, so a run could replay the cache-writing call while a follow-up went live against a cold provider cache, recording creation instead of a read.
