lokm01 3a32e92126 test: move databricks audio transcription tests into tests/unit/llms 
Upstream moved tests/test_litellm/llms to tests/unit/llms (#43191) and
assert-ci-coverage now fails for test files left under the old tree.
Relocate the branch test file to the canonical location (pure move) so
it stays invoked by a CI job.
