devin-ai-integration[bot] 29ea13d508 fix(anthropic): add the dangerous-tool-use beta when a /v1/messages request carries safeguards (#43955) ... Backport of #43955 to stable/1.103.x. Cherry-picked from eb5295b20c (main). Adapted to the line: the transformation lives under anthropic/experimental_pass_through, the integration tests live under tests/integration/providers, and the CLI-beta wire assertion change is dropped since that test is not on the line.
