yuneng-jiang 81a3802a92 test(e2e): assert the Vertex cache-creation billing contract in the prompt caching test (#47027) ... The cache-creating call now reports cache_creation_input_tokens on top of Vertex's own prompt count and bills the write at the input rate, as Google does. The old assertions assumed neither, so the test went red on every run.
