Yuneng Jiang 2b2e960848 Merge stable/1.104.x (v1.104.6 prep) into patch_d351e54e ... Keeps stable/1.104.x's 1.104.6 version in pyproject.toml and uv.lock, so this branch no longer bumps the version. In litellm_logging.py both async success helpers stay, the base's enqueued flag and the claim that #44508 adds, matching main.
