Delweng b98b893bdd fix(ui): skip untouched weight and order fields in add model payload 
Mounted form fields register as undefined once Advanced Settings opens,
so an untouched save produced Number(undefined) as NaN and polluted the
payload. Guard like the pricing fields and omit the keys instead
