devin-ai-integration[bot] 4f16aaa32c feat(cost): support provider/model-pattern keys in cost_discount_config (#43335) ... cost_discount_config keys may now be <provider>/<model-pattern> with fnmatch globs, so a discount can target a subset of a provider's models. An exact pattern beats a glob, the glob with the longest literal wins, and the bare provider key is the fallback.
