Merge origin/main into litellm_openai_wildcard_server_model_ids 
Main's listing changes made a catch-all * over openai/* list a server's
openai/gpt-oss-120b as bare gpt-oss-120b, which reaches the server as
gpt-oss-120b and 404s. The catch-all now lists served ids with the same
provider prefix as the other wildcards, so it lists openai/gpt-oss-120b again
