devin-ai-integration[bot] 077712e1f7 test(e2e): perf RSS growth survives the pods being replaced mid-load 
When an upgrade rolls under traffic no gateway pod answers /debug/memory/summary both before and after the measured phase, so the paired growth has nothing to pair and the 1k rps test failed on the Buildkite perf lanes (build 414). New workers are now measured against the median old worker when no pairing exists

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit

This folder can only run mock tests.
