Delweng 46a6cd6be7 feat(ui): weight and order fields for deployment routing 
Add explicit Weight and Order inputs to the Add Model advanced settings
and the model edit form, so load balancing share and failover priority
no longer require hand-writing litellm_params JSON.

The edit form owns weight/order through dedicated fields and keeps them
out of the LiteLLM Params JSON to avoid two sources of truth. Values are
sent only when changed, a cleared field sends null, and the backend now
treats weight/order as explicitly clearable params on model update

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/unit

This folder can only run mock tests.
