ryan-crabbe-berri d3be7fd7f7 docs(ui): document the canonical-key-first invariant for aliased segments 
legacyKeyForPathname returns the first key whose segment matches, so when several
keys share a segment (skills + claude-code-plugins -> skills) the canonical sidebar
key must be listed first. Note it on the map and the function; the existing test
already pins legacyKeyForPathname(/ui/skills) === skills.
