Krrish Dholakia 66b6e8d06a fix(claude-code): add missing Prisma migration for skill marketplaces 
schema.prisma had the LiteLLM_SkillMarketplaceTable/marketplace_id/
allowed_skills additions but no committed migration captured them,
failing the schema_migration_check CI job.

Also fix ci_cd/run_migration.py: its temp migrations directory was a
fixed path at <repo_root>/migrations, colliding with the real tracked
migrations/ directory (Dockerfile, run.py) - running the script deleted
it via the cleanup step. Use a real tempdir instead.

Additional files for the proxy. Reduces the size of the main litellm package.

Currently, only stores the migration.sql files for litellm-proxy.

To install, run:

uv add litellm-proxy-extras

OR

uv tool install 'litellm[proxy]' # installs litellm-proxy-extras and other proxy dependencies

To use the migrations, run:

litellm --use_prisma_migrate
