fix(search): price Tavily advanced and Linkup deep searches at their own cost map entries (#47411) 
* fix(search): price Tavily and Linkup searches at their per-mode cost map entries

* test(search): read the reported cost through the public hidden_params property

* fix(search): keep the type gate flat on the cost map membership check

* test(search): drop vendor price guards and a redundant case, type helper params as mappings

* fix(search): keep a registered search model's own price, cover every interception endpoint, hostile modes and a failing burst

* fix(search): keep a runtime-registered base search price for modes that have no runtime price of their own
