Yassin Kortam ee1afeb444 test(e2e): mcp suite for key-without-access denial 
Adds a live e2e suite under tests/e2e/mcp asserting that a virtual key
without an MCP grant sees none of a server's tools on tools/list and is
refused a tools/call with a 403, while a permitted key on the same server
sees and calls them. An admin registers a deterministic self-hosted upstream
MCP server through the management API and it is deleted on teardown.

Covers the registry rows mcp.list_tools.api_key.denied_without_permission
and mcp.call_tool.api_key.denied_without_permission.

Resolves LIT-4547
