Ishaan Jaffer a3e7c8c3e9 Fix SSO test to clear client ID env vars that may be set in CI 
The test_sso_key_generate_shows_deprecation_banner test gets 403 in CI
because GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID/MICROSOFT_CLIENT_ID env vars are set, triggering
the premium_user check. Clear these env vars in the test.
