style(ui): format CacheLeakageCard tabs to satisfy prettier 
PR #34885 removed the className prop from the <Tabs> element without
reformatting, so the remaining opening tag fits on a single line and
prettier now flags the file. Collapse it back to one line so the UI
Lint / frontend-lint check on litellm_internal_staging goes green
again.
