PR #36166 added tests/test_litellm/proxy/credential_endpoints/test_endpoints.py without wiring it into any job's test path, which fails assert-ci-coverage on litellm_internal_staging with 'test files that no CI job invokes'. Add the directory to the proxy-endpoints job alongside the other tests/test_litellm/proxy/*_endpoints paths so the credential PATCH handler regression test actually runs.
