fix(opencode): forward stable sessions automatically across inference routes (#48121)
Forward caller-supplied stable session metadata to recognized OpenCode destinations across Chat Completions, Responses, and native Messages. Preserve explicit headers, configured affinity headers, and existing transports.
Fixes #39503
