fix(databricks): call the ai_decide AI Function route for decisions and the auto-router (#45722)
* fix(databricks): call the ai_decide AI Function route for decisions and the auto-router Databricks serves ai_decide at POST <host>/api/2.0/ai-functions/ai-decide, not on a serving endpoint's /invocations route. The decisions provider and the auto-router classifier now accept only the ai_decide model, post to that route without a model field, unwrap the response envelope, and map a noul answer's probability to the System One noul field. * test(databricks): bound the megabyte model name test by scaling, not wall time * test(databricks): assert the whole OpenAI-format decision and floor the liveliness bound * test(decisions): move the Databricks OpenAI-format wire row to the ai_decide route * fix(databricks): keep serving endpoint decisions beside the ai_decide route * test(databricks): assert the whole classifier request body in the test routing case * test(databricks): correct System One spend call type Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> --------- Co-authored-by: mateo-berri <277851410+mateo-berri@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: mateo <mateo@berri.ai> Co-authored-by: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> |

fix(proxy): keep keys and projects on the same team (#44165)
* fix(key mgmt): a project may only be attached to keys of its own team A project is created under exactly one team, and its budget and models are validated against that team's. Nothing checked that a key's team matched, so `POST /key/generate` with `team_id: team-a` and a `project_id` owned by `team-b` answered 200 and stored exactly that — a key belonging to team-a, recorded under team-b's project and validated against its models and budget. The same held with no team at all. It needs no proxy-admin rights: an admin of team-a who is a member of no other team can issue keys under another tenant's project with nothing but the project id, and that tenant sees the spend without having granted anything. `_check_project_key_limits` now takes the key's team and refuses a project owned by a different one, before the model and budget checks so the refusal reads as what it is. A project with no owning team is left alone — nobody owns it, so there is no boundary to cross. `/key/update` passes the key's stored team when the request does not carry one, and now runs the check whenever the project itself is set or changed, which a request that moves only the project previously skipped. Two existing cells needed the project's team passed explicitly: they measure the model allowlist, not tenancy, and would otherwise have been asserting model behaviour on a request the new gate refuses. A third builds an unowned project for the same reason. Fixes #41089 * fix(key mgmt): check project ownership on every key mutation path /key/update ran the project check only when project_id, models or max_budget were supplied, so a request that changed team_id alone left a foreign project attached. /key/regenerate never ran it at all. Both now go through one helper that validates the key as the mutation leaves it. On /key/generate the check moves after default_key_generate_params is applied, because that can supply team_id; it was rejecting a valid key whose team came from the defaults. Tests move into the mapped test file per CLAUDE.md. * test(key mgmt): read the project from the cache instead of patching the lookup The test-quality gate rejected the new cells: 12 TQ008 for patching `get_project_object`, an SDK internal, and 4 TQ001 for accept controls that could only fail by raising. The cells now seed `UserApiKeyCache` with the project, which is the idiom the neighbouring project cells already use and removes the patching. The accept controls are parametrised together with the rejecting ones, so each test function carries a real assertion. The three regenerate seams that stay stubbed each carry a reason. * fix(proxy): prevent cross-team project keys Co-authored-by: L4XB <lukas.buck@e-mail.de> Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): validate bulk key team changes Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(proxy): use behavioral assertions in project ownership tests Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): read project owner from the database for key ownership checks Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): read project ownership from the primary database under the lookup deadline Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): check project moves against the primary database team Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): run ownership checks after existing validation without the lookup deadline Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): type ownership writer reads Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(proxy): make ownership tests independent of runner salt and clock Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): check key project ownership after existing validation Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): run key project ownership right before the key row write Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): reject key project ownership before permission and budget writes Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): keep project object permission validation on the stored payload Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * style(proxy): format key regeneration update payload Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): invalidate the written permission id on bulk update and regenerate Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(proxy): audit project team ownership across endpoints, bulk paths and chaos Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): drop budget and permission rows written for a rejected cross-team key Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(keys): require project-team membership when regenerate binds a key to a team-owned project /key/{key}/regenerate and /key/regenerate accepted a team_id + project_id pair without checking that the caller belongs to the destination team, so a user with no team could regenerate their own key into another team and its project. Regenerate now requires a proxy admin or a member/admin of the project's team whenever the change lands the key on a team-owned project. Also adapts tests to main's premium_user_check rename, drops a duplicate import left by the merge, and replaces the created object-permission id cast with an isinstance check. * fix(keys): 404 a missing project before any key write, and match the project move refusal to its siblings A missing project_id on /key/service-account/generate and on both regenerate routes fell through to a foreign-key 500; regenerate had already written a deleted-token history row, and service-account generate left its budget and object-permission rows behind. The ownership check now answers 404 with the same message /key/generate uses, before any write, and the generate rollback covers it. The /project/update move refusal now uses ProxyException (bad_request, param team_id) like the delete-with-keys refusal. Tests: integration coverage for a team admin regenerating a team key into another team's project (403), the missing-project 404s with no history rows, and the unit test that never reached the ownership check is removed. * test(keys): keep the existing-permission case in the regeneration cache eviction test Parametrize the test over a key that already has an object_permission_id and one that mints a new row, so eviction under the key's existing permission id stays covered. --------- Co-authored-by: L4XB <lukas.buck@e-mail.de> Co-authored-by: yucheng <yucheng@berri.ai> Co-authored-by: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> |

feat(decisions): add Databricks ai_decide as a /v1/decisions provider and auto-router decider (#45200)
* feat(decisions): add Databricks ai_decide as a /v1/decisions provider and auto-router decider * fix(decisions): reject Databricks endpoint names carrying URL separators and keep the provider wiring under llms/ * fix(decisions): reject dot-segment Databricks endpoint names and add Databricks to the dashboard's OSS classifier editor * fix(ui): name every OSS classifier provider in the classifier radio copy * feat(decisions): register the Databricks OpenJev decider as an evaluation-mode cost-map entry * fix(cost-map): declare zero cache rates on the databricks-openjev-qwen35-4b entry * fix(proxy): reconcile every DB deployment when a registry miss lands on an auto router A /model/new for an auto router lands on one replica. A request routed to that auto router on a sibling replica missed it, the model read-through loaded only the auto router's own row, and the pre-routing hook then picked a tier the sibling had not loaded, so the caller got a 400 "no healthy deployments for <tier>" until the next periodic reload. An auto router miss now runs the full add_deployment reconcile, tiers included. Found by the audit's two-worker rig on this PR's routing cells; CircleCI's one-worker proxy never opens the window. * test(integration): audit cells for Databricks decisions and the Databricks auto-router classifier Wire cells for /v1/decisions with databricks/<endpoint> deployments, routing cells for the complexity router's databricks classifier on all three endpoints with the Postgres rows read back, management cells for the classifier's spend writes and for the evaluation-mode health check of a Databricks serving endpoint. |

feat(decisions): add hosted_vllm provider (#45501)
* feat(decisions): add hosted_vllm provider Adds HostedVLLMDecisionsConfig so hosted_vllm/<served model> works on POST /v1/systemone and POST /v1/decisions against a vLLM server that serves the System One body (vllm-project/vllm#59299, after v0.31.0). vLLM only supports choice questions and rejects others, so the base decisions config gains a per-provider health_check_questions attribute and the evaluation-mode health probe sends a choice question for hosted_vllm while every other provider keeps the noul probe. feat(credentials): add display_name and make credential_name immutable on PATCH (#43148)
* feat(credentials): add credential_alias and make credential_name immutable on PATCH Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(ui): query credential rows by role to stay under the no-node-access budget Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(proxy): expect credential_alias in load_credential_list dump Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(ui): drive the credential SearchSelect by placeholder and option roles Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(proxy): pass the decrypted CredentialItem to update_db_credential during master key rotation Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(ui): trim credential_alias in CredentialModal so whitespace-only input clears the alias Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * feat(credentials): replace credential_alias with display_name and reject edits to config credentials credential_name stays the immutable reference key. display_name is a nullable, trimmed, max 255 character label set on POST or PATCH (omit keeps it, null clears it, blank is a 400). Reads return display_name plus an in-memory source tag (db or config), and PATCH or DELETE on a config-defined credential answers 400 instead of a misleading 404 * feat(ui): show credential display names everywhere and lock config credentials The credentials table shows the display name with the credential name beneath it, badges config credentials and disables their edit and delete actions. The edit modal adds an editable display name next to the read-only credential name and only sends it when it changed. Every credential picker and reference (add model, model info, models table, vector store form and info) shows the label while still submitting credential_name * feat(cli): set display names on credentials and show them in the list * refactor(credentials): keep the new credential types inside the lint gate budgets * refactor(cli): print credential command JSON through one helper * fix(credentials): treat an empty credential_name on PATCH as omitted and pin the 404 for vanished rows A blank credential_name never renamed anything, so PATCH accepts it again instead of answering 400. New tests pin a trimmed display_name on PATCH, the repository carrying display_name, and a 404 (not the config-owned 400) for a DB credential another worker already deleted. The hydration helper no longer copies display_name, since none of its callers read it, and the CLI update passes display_name straight through because the exactly-one check already makes it None when clearing. * fix(ui): keep a model's credential when its picker text is emptied and skip the admin-only list for other roles Clearing the search text in the model edit form's credential picker used to submit null, silently detaching the model's credential on save. None is now the only way to clear it. The models table fetches /credentials only for proxy admins, since everyone else got a 403 on each page load and falls back to the raw name anyway. Also fixes a type error in the re-use credential dialog and adds tests for the display name surviving a provider switch, the 255 character limit, the request payload, and the vector store None choice. * fix(client): percent-encode the credential name when updating its display name A name with ? or # was cut short in the URL, so the PATCH landed on a different credential or 404'd. * fix(credentials): answer 405 with Allow: GET for PATCH and DELETE on config credentials A config-defined credential exists (GET returns it) but is read-only through the API, which is what 405 Method Not Allowed means. 400 described a malformed request, and 404 would claim the credential does not exist. * fix(proxy): ignore a display_name set on config credential_list entries so non-string values cannot fail boot --------- Co-authored-by: yuneng <yuneng@berri.ai> Co-authored-by: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> |

fix(proxy): accept team-scoped models by their public name on POST /fallback (#45455)
* fix(proxy): accept team-scoped models by their public name on POST /fallback create_fallback validated the primary and fallback models against the router's stored model names only, so a model created through POST /model/new with model_info.team_id was rejected with a 404 unless the caller used the generated model_name_<team_id>_<uuid> name. The endpoint now also accepts the team public model names, which request time fallback matching already keys on, and lists both kinds of names in the 404's available_models. * fix(proxy): read fallback rules fresh and clear the config cache after a fallback write A second POST or DELETE /fallback within the 60 s config cache TTL started from a cached copy of router_settings and dropped every rule stored since that copy was taken, by any instance. Both endpoints now evict the cached row before the read and invalidate it after the upsert * test(proxy): type the fallback endpoint tests and prove a team request fails over by public name * fix(proxy): keep fallback writes working when the Redis config cache is down and type the stored settings read * fix(proxy): keep the non-standard fallback shapes the router accepts on writes and resolve the config cache at call time * test(proxy): mark the config cache outage test's result as Final * fix(proxy): replace a same-key fallback rule in place and read a null rule list as empty * test(proxy): let the stored router settings fixture carry a null rule list * test(proxy): audit cells for fallback rules by team public name * test(proxy): delete the fallback rules the audit cells save --------- Co-authored-by: mateo-berri <277851410+mateo-berri@users.noreply.github.com> |

fix(anthropic): fail closed when a token-file or inline-token federation credential is missing a rule or organization id (#45178)
* fix(anthropic): fail closed when a token-file or inline-token federation credential is missing a rule or organization id * refactor(anthropic): flatten the federation-request helper * test(anthropic): annotate the new WIF regression tests * test(anthropic): audit cells for legacy federation references missing an id Integration cells drive the seven clients, files, skills, health, Test Connect and a mixed burst against deployments whose token file or inline token reference lacks a rule id or an organization id, asserting the named 401 and no outbound call, with controls for the static key, the environment ids, the blank reference, the unauthenticated call and the complete shapes. The unit test covers the environment ids completing a token file param * test(anthropic): strip host federation ids from the audit proxies |

feat(ui): configure Anthropic workload identity federation from the dashboard (#44889)
* feat(ui): configure Anthropic workload identity federation from the dashboard Add Credential and Edit Credential offer workload identity federation for Anthropic, Add Model creates a federated credential and attaches it, and the credentials table marks federated credentials. Editing a credential now sends only the values the admin changed, and switching provider no longer leaves the previous provider's default base URL on screen * fix(ui): keep a credential edit to what the admin set in the federation form * fix(ui): lock the provider in the federation dialog opened from Add Model * fix(ui): require one federation id when the identity source is the proxy environment * test(credentials): cover the Anthropic federation dashboard and credential routes Integration cells for the credential routes every dashboard shape writes (round trips, PATCH set and delete, malformed bodies, non-admin refusals, the token-file allowlist and exchange-host checks, every identity source through chat and messages against a scripted exchange, concurrent writes across two workers and a worker kill mid burst), plus Playwright specs for the Add Credential, Edit Credential and Add Model federation flows and the team-admin view. The owned proxies boot with a 2 s config reload so both workers serve a stored credential inside the fixture budget. * test(e2e): type the federation spec's captured bodies and clean up the Add Model deployment by its created id captureRequestBody and postAsMaster take a type parameter instead of returning Record<string, any>, the spec names the credential and model write shapes it captures, and the Add Model cell reads the deployment id from the /model/new response right after the click so a later failing check no longer leaves the deployment behind. --------- Co-authored-by: mateo-berri <277851410+mateo-berri@users.noreply.github.com> |

feat(proxy): cap batch file records, daily batch uploads, and per-file downloads (#43632)
* feat(proxy): cap batch file records, daily batch uploads, and per-file downloads
Adds three opt-in limits for batch jobs, each settable in general_settings as a
per-key default and overridable in key or team metadata by a proxy admin:
max_batch_file_records rejects a purpose=batch upload with more request lines
than allowed with a 413 before it reaches the provider.
max_batch_file_uploads_per_day counts accepted batch uploads per key and per
team in a UTC day and returns 429 with Retry-After once the count is used.
max_file_downloads_per_minute counts GET /v1/files/{id}/content per key and per
team for each file in a one-minute window and returns 429 with Retry-After.
The existing admin-only guard for batch_enqueued_token_limit now covers all four
metadata keys.
* fix(proxy): keep file usage counters in their own store and gate batch limits on user creation
* fix(proxy): count keyless JWT callers per user, require positive file caps, and take the upload slot after request validation
* refactor(proxy): end file usage cap describers with an explicit return after the match
* fix(proxy): keep file usage counters when more than 200 are live without Redis
The file usage counter store used a default in-memory cache, which holds 200
entries and evicts the one that expires soonest. Without Redis, a caller got a
fresh per-file download allowance after touching about 200 other file ids in
the same minute, and a key got a fresh daily upload allowance once about 200
other keys had uploaded that day. The store now tracks up to 20,000 live
counters per worker, the same bound the login throttle uses
* test(proxy): move the file usage cap tests into the directory the proxy shard runs
Main's shard coverage check found tests/unit/proxy/openai_files_endpoints
claimed by no shard, so its tests would not run in CI. The file moves next to
the other files endpoint tests in tests/unit/proxy/openai_files_endpoint, which
the proxy-endpoints shard already runs
* fix(proxy): declare the file usage counters as rate limit calls
Main's redis producer gate requires every module that writes a shared cache to name its key family, and the file usage counters wrote theirs without one.
* test(files): audit batch file usage caps across processes, Redis outages, and config reloads
* test(files): guard the chaos cells against minute boundaries and open Redis breakers
Two chaos cells each failed once in the audit run. The restart check ran
three sequential downloads with no guard against straddling a UTC minute,
and the exact-cap probe after a Redis outage ran while both workers' Redis
circuit breakers were still open (60 s default recovery), so it counted in
per-process memory and the two workers split the cap
Every burst now carries a window guard, the chaos fixture lowers the
breaker recovery to 2 s, and the post-outage check drives a fresh key to its
cap through a one-worker sibling proxy and then expects the two-worker
candidate to refuse the whole burst, which only the shared Redis count can
produce, polled until the breakers close
* test(files): release the held uploads when the killed-worker cell fails early

feat(decisions): add unified /v1/decisions endpoint for Jev-compatible providers (#44236)

Health checks probe evaluation-mode deployments through the Decisions API instead of failing with an unsupported mode, and cloudflare/clef and cloudflare/clef-flash get cost-map rows so the short names resolve a mode and a price. The registry no longer claims typed decisions for a provider with no backend. * fix(decisions): let health_check_params override the evaluation probe Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * test(integration): audit the decisions endpoint across providers, limits, health and chaos Adds the /v1/decisions audit cells: one wire contract per provider (path, key, body and cost-map billing), the gateway-only fields and tags, the sad paths (invalid bodies, unknown model, key checks, api_base in the body, upstream 401/429/500, a 200 without answers, an unreachable upstream), the two evaluation-mode health probes, and three chaos cells (a mixed-failure burst over both routes, a worker SIGKILL mid-burst, an upstream outage and restart on the same port). The PR's cost case read the upstream observations through the gateway, which answers 404 for that path; it now reads them from the upstream URL. The owned proxy harness takes extra CLI arguments, and its graceful stop waits as long as a worker boot may take, since a worker still starting honors SIGTERM only once it is up and the 30 second wait forced a cleanup under load. * fix(decisions): send env API keys to a configured api_base Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * feat(decisions): add zero-cost evaluation cost-map entry for Strands Decider Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * fix(decisions): register the routes through the lazy feature registry The Decisions router was included at import, ahead of the config and DB pass-through endpoints, so a pass-through configured at /v1/decisions was skipped and answered 400 as an unknown Decisions provider. The routes now register through LAZY_FEATURES, which splices them in after every eager route, so a pass-through at /v1/decisions keeps its route while /decisions still serves natively. The lazy OpenAPI snapshot carries the two paths so the schema shows them before the first call. The audit cells add the env-key egress to a configured api_base, the client api_base opt-in shared with chat, the pass-through precedence on an owned proxy, and the Strands evaluation health check resolved from the cost map. The integration config exports the Perplexity env key the first cell needs. * fix(decisions): keep the Cloudflare api_base message in its transformation and read the audit upstream once per cell * fix(proxy): let a config pass-through beat a lazily registered route in eager mode With LITELLM_DISABLE_LAZY_ROUTES set the decisions routes are registered at startup, so SafeRouteAdder treated a config pass-through at exactly /v1/decisions as already registered and dropped it. In lazy mode a pass-through created through the API after the first native call was skipped the same way. Routes a lazy feature owns no longer count as registered, and a route added at one of their paths is placed ahead of them, the precedence lazy mode gives a config pass-through when the feature has not loaded yet. --------- Co-authored-by: mateo <mateo@berri.ai> Co-authored-by: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: mateo-berri <277851410+mateo-berri@users.noreply.github.com> |

test: repair stale and polluting tests red on scheduled main CI (#44229)
* test(proxy): stop the proxy_server app fixture leaking LITELLM_LOG The session app fixture set LITELLM_LOG=ERROR with os.environ.setdefault and never removed it, so later tests on the same xdist worker inherited it. test_drop_params_env_var spawns a subprocess with os.environ and lost the warning it asserts on. Scope the variable to the import with a MonkeyPatch context * test(secret-detection): give the hand-built redaction request an ASGI path Since #43975 _read_request_body checks the route path via request.scope, and a scope without path raised KeyError that was swallowed into an empty body, so chat_completion failed with a missing messages parameter. Real ASGI scopes always carry path * test(integration): isolate litellm callback lists per sdk test usage-based-routing-v2 Routers register their selector in litellm.callbacks and nothing removes it, not even Router.reset(). The counter TTL and Redis service metrics tests left their selectors behind, and the next usage routing test ran their pre-call checks against its own rpm=1 deployments, raising "Deployment over defined rpm limit". An autouse fixture now gives each sdk test copies of the callback lists and restores the originals afterwards * test(integration): keep the owner-lookup fault proxy off the shared read replica The owned proxy points DATABASE_URL at a scratch database but inherited DATABASE_URL_READ_REPLICA from the replica job, so auth read the shared database and rejected the freshly created key with token_not_found_in_db. Drop the replica variable like the other scratch-database owned proxies * test(integration): request every seeded key in the team owner breakdown The aggregated team activity endpoint now caps breakdown.api_keys at the top 100 keys by default (#43398), so the 300 seeded keys came back as 100 rows. The test guarantees each key is reported with its own owner, so ask for an api_key_limit that covers all seeded keys * test(integration): give every owned Redis its own port in the redis-cache container On CircleCI every owned Redis ran on the fixed port 16379 inside the shared redis-cache container. When an earlier server still held that port, the new one failed to bind, readiness pinged the old server, the pidfile read failed and cleanup then reported "Owned Redis still serves after shutdown" Reserve an ephemeral port for the docker-exec path the same way the local binary path already does, and refuse to start when something already serves the chosen port so the failure names the real cause * test(e2e): skip the Vertex Mistral partner case the e2e project cannot reach The e2e Vertex project gets a 404 publisher model not found for vertex_ai/mistral-small-2503, so the case can only fail * test(e2e): skip the Vertex gpt-oss partner case the e2e project never serves vertex_ai/openai/gpt-oss-120b-maas has hit a 60s read timeout with no response headers on every run in the e2e Vertex project since the case was ported, and no other Vertex partner chat model passes there to switch to * test(e2e): check only stored message content for a leaked card number The Presidio spend-log check ran the card-number pattern over the whole serialized response, so a Luhn-valid usage.cost float (0.0003466000000000001) failed the streaming /v1/messages case although the stored content was <CREDIT_CARD>. The check now reads the content and text strings of the stored response, which is where a raw card would land, and still requires the placeholder there * test(e2e): assert the proxy decodes token-array embeddings for titan The port in #44120 carried over a legacy SDK-direct test that expected Bedrock to reject token ids with a 400. Through the proxy, /embeddings decodes token arrays to text for providers that cannot embed tokens, so titan answers 200. The test now sends a token array and its decoded sentence and requires the two vectors to match, which fails if the proxy stops decoding or decodes with the wrong tokenizer * test(e2e): run the Bedrock extended-thinking round trip on a model that honors enabled thinking us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-5-5 is adaptive-only, so litellm sends thinking.type=enabled with a 1024 budget as adaptive with low effort, and Bedrock returned no reasoning blocks on 5 of 5 identical Converse calls (boto3 direct agreed). us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6 accepts the legacy shape verbatim and returned reasoning on 5 of 5. The non-thinking Bedrock case stays on sonnet-5-5 * test(proxy): stop unit modules forcing DEBUG logging into the event-loop lag tests Five tests/unit modules set verbose_proxy_logger to DEBUG at import, so every xdist worker that collected them logged the 2.4MB pass-through response from a worker thread, and secret redaction of that line held the GIL for ~0.8s+ inside the timed window. The lag tests now pin the LiteLLM loggers to WARNING and freeze gc while timing, and the module-level DEBUG overrides are removed * test(e2e): cite the tokenizer and date behind the titan token-array fixture * test(e2e): let migration seed replicas finish their request-log indexes before cloning Since #43948 a serving proxy builds the two LiteLLM_SpendLogs indexes on a background thread after it reports ready. The seed fixtures stopped the replica at readiness, so every cloned legacy database lacked an index no real deployment would be missing, and the v2 baseline diff refused it. Seeds now wait until both indexes exist and are valid in the database's schema * test(passthrough): give the pass-through MockRequest an httpx URL and ASGI scope #43626 made get_request_route read request.scope during pass-through kwarg setup; the MockRequest in tests/unit/passthrough had neither a scope nor a URL object, so both stream-param tests raised before reaching the code they check. Mirrors the repair #43626 made to the tests/pass_through_unit_tests fake * test(integration): ignore foreign allow_all_keys MCP servers in the access matrix tool list test_toolset_gateway_url_serves_a_team_granted_toolset_to_a_key_without_its_own_grant (#43908) registers an allow_all_keys server on the shared gateway, and allow_all_keys servers are listed to every key by design, so a matrix case running on another xdist worker at the same time saw its tools. The matrix now drops tools of allow_all_keys servers it did not create, read from LiteLLM_MCPServerTable before and after listing, and still compares everything else exactly |

fix(scim): apply path-less group PATCH ops instead of storing them under an empty metadata key (#43978)
* fix(scim): apply path-less group PATCH ops instead of storing them under an empty metadata key A path-less add/replace op (RFC 7644 3.5.2, what Okta Push Groups sends on a rename) carries a partial Group resource. Each of its attributes now applies as if sent with that path, so displayName updates the team alias and externalId and members get their usual handling, and the pushed attributes merge into the scim_data snapshot the PUT path already writes. A path-less remove or a path-less op without an object value is rejected with a 400. Any group PATCH drops an empty metadata key an earlier push left behind, and the Admin UI metadata form skips an empty key so an affected team can save its settings. * fix(scim): let a later path op win over an earlier path-less value in the group snapshot * fix(scim): type the stored team metadata before the JSON object check * test(scim): run the real group transformation in the path-less replace test * test(scim): assert the renamed group comes back from the path-less replace * test(scim): audit the path-less group PATCH on the live proxy --------- Co-authored-by: mateo-berri <277851410+mateo-berri@users.noreply.github.com> |

test(integration): move legacy proxy, router and Redis tests into tests/integration (#44128)
* test(integration): move legacy proxy, router and Redis tests into tests/integration Port 39 legacy tests to the integration tier that owns them, running against the scripted upstream, local Postgres and Redis, test-owned wire peers and owned proxies. Delete 5 legacy tests whose contract is already owned by an existing integration test, and remove the legacy functions, files and helpers left unused. * test(integration): cover recovery of a spent key after its budget is raised |

feat(tool-policies): show the user who owns the key that discovered a tool (#43892)
* feat(tool-policies): show the user who owns the key that discovered a tool
GET /v1/tool/list and GET /v1/tool/{tool_name} resolve the discovering key's owner from the verification token and user tables at response time and return it as a nullable user field. The Tool Policies page adds a User column that shows alias, then email, then ID, with the same cell the Virtual Keys page uses. Keys without an owner, deleted owners, and rows without a key hash show no user, and a database failure in the owner lookup keeps the tools listed with user null
Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(tool-policies): bound the owner lookup with chunked membership queries
The key-by-token and user-by-id lookups behind the tool rows' user field
put every distinct key hash into one IN list. BaseRepository gains
find_many_in, which runs the repository's chunked membership query and
converts the rows like find_many does, and the owner lookup uses it
Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* test(tool-policies): cover the owner column across the tool routes and the dashboard
Integration cells for the direct, detail and filtered tool routes, owners without alias or email, deleted owners and keys, keyless and unknown-key historical rows, more keys than one membership chunk, repeated reads, two-worker reads during discovery and a failed owner lookup. A Playwright cell drives the bundled Tool Policies page against the live proxy and follows the owner link

fix(proxy): delete large teams without per-member transaction fan-out (#42998)
* fix(proxy): delete large teams without per-member transaction fan-out
Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(proxy): evict email-only member caches and reset team members metric on delete
Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(proxy): keep new delete-team literals within the LIT002 ceiling
Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(proxy): resolve deleted-team member ids before the locked delete
Co-Authored-By: Devin AI <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
* fix(proxy): resolve email-only deleted-team members with one case-insensitive lookup
`_deleted_team_member_user_ids` looked each email-only roster entry up with its own
`find_users_by_email` call inside an unbounded `asyncio.gather`: one exact-match query
per email, so a large roster fanned out against the pool again and a roster email that
differed in case from its user row was missed. Add `UserRepository.find_by_emails`, a
single case-insensitive `in` query, and call it once before the locked delete.
`management_helpers/utils.py` goes back to its main-branch shape since the single-email
helper no longer needs exporting.
* fix(repositories): slice find_by_emails into bounded IN statements
The unbounded-IN lint flagged the case-insensitive email lookup added for
/team/delete cache eviction. chunked_in.find_many_in cannot carry Prisma's
insensitive mode, so the repository slices the deduplicated list into
IN_LIST_CHUNK_SIZE statements itself and concatenates the pages. Empty input
still returns () without a query.
* fix(proxy): delete a team once when /team/delete repeats its id
The audit sent {"team_ids": [T, T]}: main answered 400 "User not found in
team" after deleting the keys and memberships and writing two tombstones,
leaving the team row behind; this branch answered 200 but still wrote the
tombstone, audit row and eviction twice. DeleteTeamRequest now collapses
repeated ids in order, so every later step sees each team once and the
response lists each deleted team once.
* test(integration): audit cells for /team/delete on large, legacy and concurrent teams
Thirty-eight deterministic cells in tests/integration/management/ (the CircleCI
integration-management group) covering the /team/delete happy, sad, edge and chaos rows:
250 members against a pool limit of five on two workers, the advisory-lock wait, email-only
legacy roster entries in every casing, member and team cache eviction on both proxies for
every client and endpoint, the Prometheus gauge, audit rows, malformed and duplicate input,
the route gate, and a worker kill, a Redis outage and a proxy restart mid-burst.
Every cell runs against the real proxy, Postgres and Redis with the scripted upstream; no
component is mocked. On the merge base the rows this fix changes are red (P2028 on the
250-member team, two lock waiters, case-mismatched email lookups, duplicate ids, orphaned
LiteLLM_UserTable.teams references under a concurrent burst); on the tip every cell is green
twice with identical selections.
Two pre-existing behaviours are pinned as observed rather than fixed here: a roster entry with
neither user_id nor user_email answers 500, and the LiteLLM_DeletedTeamTable row is committed
before the locked transaction, so a delete that dies in between leaves a tombstone for a live
team and the retry adds a second.
* test(integration): pin each chaos outage to a live /team/delete
The three chaos cells applied the outage once three deletes had answered, which on a fast
run let the whole burst finish before the worker kill, Redis stop or SIGTERM landed, so the
cells passed without exercising the failure. Each cell now holds the first team's advisory
lock from a test-owned transaction, waits until that team's delete is queued behind it in
Postgres with its request unanswered, applies the outage, and only then releases the lock,
so an in-flight delete meets the failure on every run and both legs. The pinned team's
outcome and the number of deletes answered before the outage are recorded as junit
properties (pinned_delete, answered_before_outage).

fix(tests): resolve the integration support package without run.py's PYTHONPATH
tests/integration/conftest.py imported the bare `integration` package. Because tests/__init__.py and tests/integration/__init__.py both exist, pytest's default prepend import mode puts only the repo root on sys.path, so that name resolved only under the PYTHONPATH that tests/integration/run.py injects. Every other invocation died at conftest import with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'integration' and exit 4, including the command test_oci_integration.py documents in its own docstring. The imports now use the tests.integration._support path that pytest actually resolves, matching the 120 other `from tests.` imports in the suite. run.py's PYTHONPATH still works because it already puts the repo root on the path. tests/code_coverage_tests/test_integration_suite_imports.py collects every file under tests/integration with PYTHONPATH scrubbed and asserts a non-zero collection count, so an unresolvable import fails the code-quality job instead of only the developers who run these files by hand. CI runs the three pre-existing files through the allowlist rather than executing them, which is why nothing caught this. |
