Subject: [PATCH] fix(ui): use z-raised instead of z-10 in SidebarFooter

z-10 is a hand-picked z-index, banned by local/no-ad-hoc-z-index lint rule.
z-raised (z-index: 1) is the correct scale token from globals.css.
