test(ui): skip flaky TeamInfo pass-through routes save test

Browse source 
Test consistently exceeds the 30s CI timeout on litellm_internal_staging
(~12s locally in isolation, higher under 14-way fork parallelism), so it
has broken UI Unit Tests on 5+ recent commits with no other failures.
