fix(ofox): align max_tokens with max_output_tokens and inherit adaptive_thinking

- max_tokens now equals max_output_tokens (litellm convention; fixes test_max_tokens_consistency)
- inherit supports_adaptive_thinking (and reasoning/caching/schema flags) from
  canonical entries for Claude models (fixes claude-sonnet-5 config test)
