Subject: [PATCH] docs: fix ghost parameter and typos in docstrings

- PrometheusLogger._mount_metrics_endpoint is a no-arg static method
  but documented a require_auth parameter and 'optional authentication'
  that is not implemented; the body mounts /metrics unconditionally
- together_ai rerank handler: 'paramter' -> 'parameter'
- utils.py add_dummy_tool: 'Relevent Issues' -> 'Relevant Issues'
