fix(openrouter): prevent extra_body tools from overwriting processed tools

When extra_body contains a 'tools' key with malformed/invalid tools, it
was overwriting the correctly processed tools from the parent transform_request
method. This caused tool calls to fail for OpenRouter + GPT-5.4/GPT-5.3-Codex
models with 'expected function' errors.

Fix: Remove 'tools' from extra_body before updating the response to ensure
the correctly processed tools are preserved.
