Subject: [PATCH] feat(ui): mcp_tools/OpenAPIFormSection Input to shadcn

- antd Input \u2192 shadcn Input. antd Form/Form.Item + FormInstance
  preserved (parent antd Form context + setFieldsValue calls in
  handlePresetSelect).

Gates: TS \u2713 | Build \u2713.
