Subject: [PATCH] ci: trigger CircleCI after branch rename to
 litellm_compat_matrix_stack

The stack moved from sandcastle/compat-matrix-stack to
litellm_compat_matrix_stack so it matches the /litellm_.*/ regex in
.circleci/config.yml. Empty commit to fire the push webhook on the
new ref name.
