chore(ui): cache_dashboard whitelist tremor imports

Browse source 
- Tremor BarChart and DateRangePickerValue type import are
  intentionally kept (phase 1 chart + date range whitelist).
  Added inline eslint-disable-next-line litellm-ui/no-banned-ui-
  imports comments so lint stays green.
