Subject: [PATCH] test(anthropic): cover the guards that refuse a non-object
 block or message

A bare string in a content list is skipped by the walk-back, so the request
still goes out; a bare string in the message list is left to litellm's own
validation. Removing either guard raises AttributeError out of the hook.
