fix(mavvrik): add /mavvrik/ routes to backend component allowlist

test_gateway_plus_backend_covers_full_app was failing because the 5
/mavvrik/* endpoints were not listed in backend/routes/allowlist.py.
Added alongside /cloudzero/ which follows the same pattern.
