Subject: [PATCH] docs: point the Railway deploy button at a maintained
 template

The button targeted template RhvhdC, which cannot complete a deploy: it ships no
Postgres service while DATABASE_URL and LITELLM_MASTER_KEY are required with
empty defaults, so 'railway deploy -t RhvhdC' exits 1 without ever deploying.

Repoints to Lm9gxI, a published template with Postgres and Redis wired in, all
secrets generated at deploy time, and zero required input fields. Railway's own
referralCode=7mRv9K and every utm parameter are preserved verbatim.
