test(databricks): drop URL/header/body-passthrough mock tests per CI audit

Per the keep/drop audit (5), test_databricks.py's bulk asserted URL, headers,
or body passthrough against a patched HTTPHandler or SDK, or asserted
mock-stuffed values (patterns b/c/d): 4 sync/async completion/streaming
HTTPHandler passthrough tests, 2 SDK-fallback tests, 3 embedding passthrough
tests, 3 prompt-caching tests asserting mock-stuffed cache-token values,
test_databricks_anthropic_function_call_with_no_schema (asserts stuffed
tool_call values), and 3 cache-injection tests that never assert the injected
body. The 11 module-level mock_* response builders they fed on are deleted as
now-unused helpers.

Kept intact: test_throws_if_api_base_or_api_key_not_set_without_databricks_sdk
(real fallback-path error behavior) and the TestDatabricksCompletion live
subclass (migrates to the harness in a later commit). 1,364 -> 66 lines.
