Subject: [PATCH] fix(ui): point the provider wizard at the shadcn field
 primitive

The field component these import moved into components/ui when the shadcn
primitive was installed upstream, and the old copy was deleted. These two files
were added on this branch, so they were not among the importers that move
repointed, and the merge took the deletion without raising a conflict.
