+MCP Access Groups are managed via the LiteLLM UI. They allow you to group multiple MCP servers together and grant access to these groups when creating API keys. This makes it easy to give a key access to several MCP servers at once, without having to select each server individually.

+- Under the "MCP Access Groups" either select an existing group or create a new one by simply typing it
