chore(ui): usage.tsx whitelist tremor imports

Browse source 
- 947-LOC dashboard page heavily tied to the full Tremor chart +
  table ecosystem (BarChart/BarList/AreaChart/DonutChart/MultiSelect/
  TabGroup/Grid/Col/Table). Whitelisted phase 1 via inline
  eslint-disable-next-line litellm-ui/no-banned-ui-imports on both
  import statements; full migration deferred until tremor charts
  have a Shadcn alternative.
