refactor(proxy): backport ASGI scope-based route resolution

Browse source 
Backports get_request_route() to read the request path from
scope["path"]. Sub-path deployments are handled via
scope["app_root_path"] / scope["root_path"], mirroring Starlette's
base_url construction logic.
