test(streaming): cover _put exception path and httpx timeout cleanup

Add tests for:
- _put returning silently when run_coroutine_threadsafe raises non-timeout exception (line 113-114)
- _queue_wrapper cleanup in httpx.TimeoutException handler (lines 2306-2307)
