fix(a2a): remove dead mutable-ok suppressions, flatten double-for comprehension

Post-rebase type-discipline gate flagged two mutable-ok suppressions that
suppress nothing (LIT013) and a two-clause comprehension (LIT014). Dropped
the dead comments and replaced the manual flatten with chain.from_iterable.
