Subject: [PATCH] test(integration): cache the two-turn tool_search guardrail
 replays (#46614)

* test(integration): cache the two-turn guardrail replays and derive the thinking pass-through timeout

* test(integration): keep the thinking pass-through timeout as on main

The derived timeout had no failing run behind it, so this PR now only fixes the guardrail cache cells
